1- Learning will target ALL levels of proficiency, from very beginner, to advanced readers, regardless.
2- No age restriction, which means children (at proper age) are entitled to attend and learn.
3- We will learn new rules by continuous practice, applying corrections, and progressive enhancement of attained skills.
4- There shall be homeworks, such as daily readings, and you are expected to perform them in order to realize the full benefit of this halaqah (one hour per week is in no way going to make you a proficient reader of Quran).

Finally, remember that there is NO shame in not knowing how to read Quran, but there is so much shame in continuing NOT to learn (and being content about it).
